Terms & Conditions

1.      Initially, you contact us by e-mail with details of the item, including appropriate authentication where possible.  If we accept the item we then mutually agree a possible sale price/valuation.

2.      Once an item has been donated for re-sale, we will use our best endeavours to sell it promptly.

3.      Charity Shack will agree the percentage of the sale price with you in advance and keep you informed as the sale proceeds.

4.      The item is delivered to Charity Shack for safe keeping and will be advertised for sale or auction within 7 days.

5.      No item will be sold without verification of the buyer's status.

6.      Once an item has been sold, we will account to you for your agreed share of the sale proceeds within 28 days of receipt of funds by Charity Shack.
